Hazelnut Apricot Rolls - Sugary & Buttery

 

One of my personal favorites for an extra special holiday breakfast is cinnamon buns. Soft and buttery yeast dough filled with whatever your heart desires. These here are filled with hazelnuts and apricot jam and are super easy to make, and you can even prep them a day ahead! Simply place the finished buns in the fridge overnight and let them rise in the morning. Bake, done, enjoy!

I have been absent here for the last month – and on social media as well – but I am planning to post more again in the coming weeks… Our precious baby girl #2 joined us the week before Thanksgiving! Things have been crazy and I have been in a haze. She is one month old this week – whaaat? – and I can’t believe how fast time is already flying!
