Malted Gingerbread Latte

INGREDIENTS
  • FOR THE SPICE MIX:
  • 40 units cinnamon
  • 2 units ginger
  • 2 units nutmeg
  • 2 units all spice
  • 2 units cardamon
  • 9 units ground cloves
  • FOR THE LATTE:
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 teaspoons malt
  • 1 teaspoon gingerbread spice mix
  • whipped cream
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Depending on how much of the spice mix you want to make, use any unit of your choice. I used pinches and it actually came out to quite a lot. Mix all the spices together and put them in an airtight can or container, it keeps for a long time!
  2. Heat up the milk on the stove top or the microwave. Mix in the malted milk powder and 1 teaspoon of the spice mix, stir until well combined. Top off your drink with some whipped cream and some spice mix, enjoy!
