Sea Salted Chocolate Tahini Cups

  • ¾ cup melted coconut oil
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • ⅛ cup maple syrup (more for sweeter taste)
  • 8 teaspoons tahini, unsweetened and unsalted
  • flaked sea salt for topping
  1. Whisk together the coconut oil, cocoa powder, and maple syrup.
  2. Line a muffin pan with paper liners and fill 1 tablespoon of chocolate mixture in 8 of the liners, sprinkle with a small amount of sea salt flakes.
  3. Chill for 10 minutes in the freezer.
  4. Spoon 1 teaspoon of tahini into each of the cups and cover with 1 tablespoon of the remaining chocolate mixture. Sprinkle with a small amount of sea salt flakes.
  5. Chill for another 10 minutes on the freezer, done!
  6. Store in the refrigerator for about 1 week.
